This privacy policy explains how PMHOA Pro ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit 33secrets.pmhoa.pro or subscribe to the 33 Secrets newsletter.

By using this site or subscribing, you agree to what's described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we collect

When you subscribe to the 33 Secrets newsletter, we collect:

Your email address. Required, so we can send you the series.
Your first name if you provide it. Optional, used to personalize emails.
Traffic source data (UTM parameters). Where you came from — for example, a Meta ad, a Google search, a link in a newsletter.
The page you landed on and the page that referred you to 33 Secrets.
Your IP address and basic device information, automatically logged by Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies and similar technology from our analytics and advertising partners (see the Cookies section below).

We do not collect sensitive personal information, government IDs, payment data, or precise location.

Why we collect it

To deliver the 33 Secrets newsletter you signed up for.
To understand which marketing efforts are bringing in subscribers (so we don't waste money advertising to the wrong people).
To measure ad performance and improve our ads.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and spam signups.

Who we share it with

We work with the following service providers, who process your data on our behalf:

ActiveCampaign — sends and tracks our email newsletter. (Their privacy policy)
Cloudflare — hosts the website, manages DNS, and provides security. (Their privacy policy)
Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads — measure traffic and ad performance. (Their privacy policy)
Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — measure Meta ad performance via the Meta Pixel. (Their privacy policy)

We never sell your personal information. We never share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar tracking technology from the providers listed above. Specifically:

Google Analytics (GA4) — sets cookies starting with _ga to measure visits and engagement.
Google Ads — sets conversion cookies to track which ads led to signups.
Meta Pixel — sets cookies (_fbp, _fbc) to measure Meta ad performance.
Cloudflare — sets cookies for security (bot detection, rate limiting).

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension to block trackers. Doing so won't break the site, but our ads may show you less relevant content.

How long we keep your information

We keep your email address and subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a reasonable period after you unsubscribe (typically 12 months) for record-keeping and legal compliance. After that, your information is deleted or anonymized.

Analytics and ad measurement data is retained according to each provider's policies (typically 14 to 26 months).

Your rights

You have the right to:

Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time — every email has an unsubscribe link.
Request a copy of the personal information we have about you.
Request deletion of your personal information from our records.
Correct inaccurate information.
Opt out of targeted advertising based on your data.

To exercise any of these rights, email davidr@pmhoa.pro from the email address you subscribed with. We respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information. We do share limited data with advertising partners (Meta, Google) for ad measurement, which may be considered "sharing" under CPRA. To opt out, email davidr@pmhoa.pro with the subject "Do Not Share My Information."

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated API access, and limited internal access to subscriber data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risk.

Children

33 Secrets is for adults running home service businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email davidr@pmhoa.pro and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
